CCBG panko is THE perfect topping for salmon, salads, parmesan crusted broccoli, etc., etc. Each bag of sprouted panko contains just two ingredients; sprouted organic bread crumsbs and 1% sea salt. Bags are filled with 11 ounces of panko and are packaged in a resealable, foil lined bag.
